Had a good day!

Today I worked out, ate right, relaxed with my son, and read a book. :) All that is left is to write for the night.

Recipe… Kinda

aspiringhealthygirl:

Shredded Chicken
4 chicken breasts frozen
1/2 jar of salsa (give or take)
1/2 can black beans
1/2 packet taco seasoning
1/2 can of diced tomatoes with liquid

Throw it all in the crock pot for 6 hours on low. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix with the juices.

That’s it!

Put it on top of a salad
Put it in a tortilla with some veggies
Put it on top of quinoa or brown rice!
